Can't convert the board

I just installed ver. 1.41 but can't convert any of my boards from SP 1 and SP 1.1. When I run convert.php it doesn't go anywhere after /converter.php?step=1a

After I press button "Procced" it arrives to the same place: /converter.php?step=1a

What shell I do to fix it and convert my board from SP 1 to SE?

Do you have the new converter file? I should have some code in it to fix it.
