Remove New Topic Button

Hi,
I'm not quite sure where this goes, but.
I'd like to remove the New Topic Button from my boards...
Basically, what I'm trying to do collect some info from one form and parse it and place it form number two, which would be the new topic form.

So all I really need to know is....
Where can I remove the new topic button from......?

Make the boards announcement boards and you won't have to remove the button, it will be done for you
