ok.. i had a problem like this wehn installing aswell, but i found a fix for it here. was wondering if there was a simillar fix for the converter.

that is on step zero, it wont go past step zero... just refreshes...

Check the FAQ section on errors in Windows...it has to do with error reporting I believe.
