Manually adding more membergroups

just wondering if it was possible to add more membergroups manually the way you can with the perl version of yabb. i think it's something in load.pl you edit, would it work with load.php too? i really need to add more membergroups...thanks...

Do it thorgh the admin center.
  • Go to the Member Center section.
  • Then click on add edit membergroup link.
You can change and add membersgroups from there.

no i mean where i can add stars and a post count to it. since it looks like there is going to be no "add more membergroups mod" i thought i'd code it in by hand...

ok it works, i've just added 2 more membergroups with stars and post count. you modify load.php the same way you modify load.pl . check out boardmod <link on the left under yabb 1 gold category>, go to their forums, find the tutorials board and it explains how to do it.

Just editing load.php isn't enough, have a look here ;)
