I remember an old BBS (remember those?!?!) :'( that had a great quote of the day or random quote (similar to fortune I guess).  Is there a way to have something like this on YaBB?

Or maybe more specifically, a rotating signature that would operate much the way the news does, only showing one quote per line at a time?

I don't know the first thing about how to do this and wondered if anyone else had something like this on their forum?
