Accessable hidden boards

I'd like a mod so that I can hide some boards, but people with an access group can view them, and the other group members cannot. But the boards themselves need to be fully hidden so you have to have the URL to access them. The admins of course, being able to see them...
I haven't the slightest clue how to do this or how hard it is to do this though...
I did a search on this board to see if something like this was done and I didn't find anything, so if something like this was done or someone can help me with this much thanks to you

....Isnt it already built into YaBB? just create a board that only certain member groups can access and they're the only ones who can see it.

He wants it so that they can't even see it even if they have access, he wants it so that they can only get to it if they have the url (basically just the board ID #) and if they have access

Yes, I just want it so that the board (or cat) does not show up on the board index.
