[Done 1.5.2] Remove Calendar 1.0

What can I say?  This removes the calendar almost completely.  Does not remove the queries that delete from the calendar on topic and board deletion - these should be done anyway, in case you alaready have events.  Thus, you shouldn't drop your events table... but you can drop the others, if you wish.

I've tested it and found no problems, but there could be some....
