Hmm how about a global announcement??? is there one yet?? cause it will be very handy for me since most of the members hang in just one category, so with this i could announce and it will show in every category but then it will be locked cause i dunno if each category could share post, posted one in one category and in others... so a simple global announcement that locks the thread after post, and also a delete for it that delete it in every cat..

5000 characters ?? and if you have more than one news article, the anouncement's not always going to be visible.
