can yabb be the whole site?. confusing?

okay take this yabb site for example. when the forum is loaded, the site navigation is still at the left.

so it can be like the whole site.

ikonboard is giving me plenty of bugs and problems especially now, it died on me after 1 year when my site is getting so hot...

grrrr....

i'm choosing which forum to use now..

YaBB SE is the forum part.  So imagine it without the navigation on the left and top here.

With it being PHP, you can easily add it to your site template to make it almost seamless...

but i don' really know php..
are there any easy yabb portal available?

like i can get the whole set.
the yabb forum and portal

or any recommendations on how i get a php portal which is easy to set up and can be used together with yabb?
