working on a language file editor

I'm currently working on creating a stand alone editor for .lng files. It's a PHP page which can load .lng files, edit them per category (txt, mtxt, etc.) and can compare every item with items from other language files. This way translations could easily be made. It also supports adding comments.

suggestions? Is there any interest in the 'mod'?

This would be one of the coolest things ever made. My suggesstion is not to try and combine it into the Admin panel but make it a stand alone script.
