How to Remove report to Moderator link?

I do not want this little blurb next to everyones post. My board does not have any moderators and does not censor anything so this link would only deter members from expressing themselves to their fullest. Is there an easy way to remove this from my board or does it involve code digging? Thanks.

You can disable it from the Installed Mods Settings area from the admin section.
