problem installing on raq3 server

I am trying to install yabbse on a Cobalt Raq 3 server.

I am install to the yabbse directory and have chmod 777 to the directory.

I am using the correct username and password to use the mysql server.

Step 1, Step 2, and Step 3 are fine.  The problem comes when the install
tries to go to Step 4.  It initiates step 4 but then it hangs there. Doesnt
seem to be doing anything.

Any help?
