Supplied Argument Error with Admin.php

Hi i recently upgraded to new version of Yabbse 1.3.0
and i'm getting this Error:
2: Supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource
(/usr/local/etc/httpd/htdocs/extreme-gamesnet/yabbse/Sources/Admin.php ln 74)

I have run the file phpinfo.php and my mysql php
server is uptodate.

Please Help thanks>>> i can't access the Admin Page
for this board>>
