[REQ] Only Admin Can Register New Members

Hi all.....

I found a mod to this effect in the Completed mods board, but the link is dead, and the last reply was the end of March.  Does another one exist?  Is anyone working on one?

Thanks in advance for any information :)

thanks for the link, mcguire.... but..... it's not there..... I even went up one level and there is no mention of "adminonly" in there anywhere.....
