I know this may or may not be in the wrong board. If it is I apologize now but this one seemed like it fit the description better. Ok now that we have that out of the way lets get down to the issue. I just downloaded the latest version 1.3.0 safe install zip from the site and installed it. It also list 1.3.0 as the latest version but when I do a detailed version check this is what I get...

I have looked and searched through these forums trying to find more info on this and I see where others say they have 1.3.1 installed but can find no info as to where I can get the files or what not. I run a large gaming site of which we are in the process of redoing our whole site. I always like using the lastest stuff so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
