NS_ActualOpen is underlined

*This may be a 1.3 bug, I'm not sure.

Everytime I open our forum, I see an error in the status bar "Done but with errors on page"
I show the details and it says:

Error NS_ActaulOpen is underlined
Code 0

I did a search here for this error a produced 0 results for the last 365 days!

I have a feeling it has something to do with MSN or something since I upgraded to 1.3
I sure could use some help on the steps of getting rid of this error.
Some have said it automaticly kicks off their debugging tools.
Can anyone help? Please?
