Not placing cookies bug

 :o I tried to put in a mod (display_mod) and It worked sorta, but i reverted, and now, it won't even put the dang cookies on me comp. so no admin center or anything for me.

Then why does it not place cookies on the new forums i set up under a new db prefix, no mods, even the one i used on the other one since i set it up eh? :'(
