I just dont seem to get the $facesdir thing.  I need to correct my facesdir for my site. The board is at "http://www.frankensteindesigns.com/board" .  This is the errno 2 error I get2: OpenDir: No such file or directory (errno 2)

Try setting yours to:

/home/virtual/site24/fst/var/www/html/board/YaBBImages/avatars
