How about a mod that when u register with a sertain link (ex. http://....register.php?group=whatever) and when u register y get automatically that group
and if u enter with
http://....register.php?group=another u get registered at another group automatically.....
lets say that if u are making 2 boards in one... without having installed another set of files...
or i can do this alredy??

no, at the moment this is not possible!
an this is good so, cause if you have a hidden board any user would be able to register at the membergroup which is allowed to go into this board!
