In the HTML code for the forum template, where can I change the font size of the actual description of each board. I can't find anywhere in the code where it has an area for changing the font size. I even went through and changed all the font sizes to the same thing. (I'm using version 1.3)

try adjusting the font-size in windowbg2 class in your template:

.windowbg2{background-color: #F8F8F8; font-size: 12px; font-family: Verdana, arial, helvetica, serif; color: #000000;}

this should set the font size of the board descriptions.

I've tried. For some reason it does not change anything. It's just not working. All the other parts are, but not windowbg2 class. The colors and everything else in windowbg2 change, but not the font size.

Quite a few font sizes are hard-coded if I remember rightly...
If I understand you right, just go through BoardIndex.php adding/changing font sizes.  If ya don't know how to do this though, cry and beg Jeff.
