Member Status covering Karma Mod

On my board, I need all of my moderators to be able to see the moderators only forums, so everyone is listed as a Global Moderator. I've also listed them as mods so that there will be moderator names listed next to the boards. On the boards that they are not moderators, it looks like this under their names:

Global Moderator
{Karma Mod stuff}
{Karma Mod stuff}

On the boards where they are moderators, it looks like this:

Moderator
Global Moderator

And the Karma information is hidden. I guess I need to find out either how to make the Karma mod display lower, or to make someone with moderator status (in any forum) be able to see moderator-only forums. Yes, I restricted the forums to Administrator, Moderator, and Global Moderator groups, but I can't make the moderators be able to see them.

Are you using 1.0?  I think that was corrected in 1.1...

Yes, I'm using 1.0 ... I didn't want to get 1.1 since it's listed as beta. Is it as stable as 1.0? If so, I might just upgrade

You might as well wait for 1.3 which is pretty close to release.

I noticed this board was 1.3.0 ... LOL, 1.1 is still beta, and 1.3 is almost out!

I may upgrade to 1.1 anyway, now that I see some of the added features. Looks pretty good.

what is karma for? and how do i use it? i have 1.3.1 intalled
