News: SMF is the next generation in forum software, almost completely re-written from the ground up, make sure you don't fall for cheap imitations that suffer from feature bloat!

I have already wrote code that adds a new page to your forum and on the page shows your template size, individual table sizes, and then the total database size.  If I were to turn this into a mod would there be the interest.

I'd like to see that added to the statistics function, or added as part of the admin control section..

I mentionned this on the Dev Board some time ago - somthing like

XXXXXXOOOOOOOO#########%%%%%%%%%%%%

With each colour standing for database size, attachments etc. We're hoping to get the admin centre to be a bit more interactive - so you go in and it says 'You are running short of attachement space - do you want to delete attachments or increase the limit?' or 'Your tables have not been optimised recently.' :)

If you write us some decent code I'd be very keen to have it in the release as a standard feature  :)

I'll try and dig up the post I made and IM you :)
