accidently removed administrator

i changed the member group of my admin to test something, and it didn' t occur to me that i wouldn't be able to change it back.  yes, i am a blonde.  :(

i went into phpmyadmin to change it in the db, but it didn't work.  i must have put in the wrong thing.  what is the membergroup supposed to be for the admin?
