Disabling the "Display name"

K I cant find it

They are starting to change there display name and I dont want them to do this, is there anyway to turn that feature off?

To my knowledge, there is no way to disable that, without actually modifying the code...

I can't see any reason to disable it either - I think that feature in YaBB and YaBB SE is very useful...

there is a quick and easy way although it is not the best way to do it:

in profile.php find

   <font size=1>$txt[518]</font></td>
   <td><input type="text" name="name" size="30" value="$memsettings[realName]"></td>
and remove it.

all that does is remove the input box from edit their profile.

if it doesnt work, tell me. (although its a simple modification and i see no reason for it not to work)
