sometimes (happening more and more often my board just wont use my template!

it looks like this:

Why is that happeng? its happening more and more too...

I reported this about 3 months ago, no-one knew what the problem was. I got it with IE6. You don't happen to be refreshing when you get this effect do you, cos whenever I refreshed a forum page it would cut off about 48k off the start of the page, thus rendering the opening tags useless. Editing my template etc didn't help as it just shifted what was cut off.
