Adjusting the size of the font in Message body

It appears that the font size used in the body of my messages is about 12pts. This is much too large and I would like to change the default size for message text to 10 pts.
I've looked at the CSS files that are part of the template that I use, and tried to find a CSS file in the SE 1.10 files, but no luck. I've also looked at the template file I embedded in my website theme:

(in case you want to see the size I am refering to).
The font size does not seem to be part of the template file either.

Can anyone help me locate the file that contains the font size and colors of the text used on the board - especially the font sized used to display message in the message body?

you can use the template editor in the admin area but if that doesn't work then edit template.php

thanks for the help. Editing the Template.Html did not work. I will try the PHP file, but the other problem is locating the name refering to the text in the body of the message.
One thing I have noticed is that when typing in the message, the font size is the same as this - about 10 point. When replying, the font size of the replies below the message I am creating is size=1 which is great.

The problem is the text that is displayed in the body of the message when visitors are simply reading the topics - this is around a Size=3 or about 12 point. If the message is long, it takes up a lot of space and would be best if reduced to 10 point or size=2 text.

Does anyone know where this variable is located - in which file and what the variable is called?

Delete the template.php and edit the template.html ! Should work...

First of all, I can't find template.php - there is only template.html (YaBB SE V. 1.10).
Can you be specific where I can find the file.

Not only do I have to change the size of the message letters, but I have to change the color of the small hyperlinks on the category and board descriptions.
For example, the name of the member under the Author title where messages are posted are (based on my board settings) much too dark against the background (original YaBB Gold colors (dark grey) by with dark red #99000 text for hyperlinks.

These are the two issues that I've spent hours trying to change, but can not find the variables or resources to make the changes.

I'll check back tomorrow to see if anyone can help, but the only options I have been able to find are in the Template.html file which is also modified for the web page theme.

I've left the links to the sites. If you need additional information, please take a look at these links and I think it will become clear.

Thanks again for all the great help I've been getting. Seriously, this one has been a difficult one for me to solve, and although I appreciate the feedback from the last two, I have not been able to locate the template.php file.
