error when added a category

Hi there!
I do not know much about php and mysql, but I have the 'knowledge' to set up a forum. Now, I installed YaBB, but when I add a category, I get an extra '/' in my URL..

Here is an example:

It has to be http://membres.lycos.fr/deadlyforce/yabb/index.php?board=;action=manageboards

But after creating a category or board or something (when it adds info to the mysql database), I get this:

http://membres.lycos.fr//deadlyforce/yabb/index.php?board=;action=manageboards

Please somebody help....

i dont think it was the category, go to forum preferences and settings, check the board url doesnt have a / at the end.

Nope the board URL is fine... It's only when I'm adding categories or boards. Posting topics is without errors and registering, too....

does it add the board/category? does it give any error messages?

Yes, I get an internal server error, but it adds the category or board
