Template question

I have a logo and banner i use on my forum, when i enter the code into the template it doesnt display on the board. yet if i look at template.html it shows up fine there. Obviously its something stupid im doing wrong i just dont know what it is.

Any help would be appreciated

Try to delete template.php and keep only template.html...
