I have a bunch of "additional member groups" that I have created in order to control access to different categories.

It is frustrating from an administrative perspective to not be able to see a listing of all the members of a particular group.  It is also frustrating to have to go into each user profile to change their member group.

Here's what I'd like to see:

An administrative interface that allows me to manage the membership of member groups at the group level.  Click on a member group and have an interface that shows all the group members.  I would then be able to add new members to the group or remove people from the group.

It would also be nice to be able to see how many members are in a group.

Am I alone?
