What is the difference between moderator and global moderator?

Just wanna know waht's the difference between
moderator and global moderator.

And what does that line in the position menu means.
And what happens if you take one of the blanc fields? ???

A moderator moderates only the board specified, a global moderator can modify any board...

I'm having problems with assigning a user to global moderator. I can make a user moderator to a specific board with no problems but I don't seem to get the user as a global moderator.

I tried to use the Position field but couldn't figure it out.
So how do I make a user global mod or even an Administrator?

go to their profile click "Modify" and its at the bottom  :)
