Yabb se slow on server. Other board fast

Hey guys, I have a question.  I have two boards running on one server.  Some weird things are going on that my users seem to be seeing, but I'm not.  

My main board, seems to be super fast and I have never received a complaint about it once.  It's the BUSIER board of the two, and seems to fly.  This one is at http://www.dodge-diesel.org/yabbse/index.php

The other board, that is smaller and has much less users, but some of the longers thread seem to load up slowly.  They're both running on the same server, running the same mysql setup, in two different databses.  The url for the second one is http://64.244.26.106/thoroughbred/index.php

Has anyone seen this?  What can I do?

I visited both boards a few minutes ago and I think they are both damn fast !

Same here, I just checked out a long thread in each of those boards and they were both very fast.

I confirm the fast speed on both of them - maybe you have poorer connection with the IP one.
