How about a "Reply & Delete" IM Button?

I get a lot of IM's, as I am sure most of you do from you users.  Here is what crossed my mind tonight.

It would be nice when replying to IM's to have a button that would send it and then delete it, thus saving a couple of clicks.

Is it possible, and does this sound usefull to anyone else?

it's better if IM shows as read and unread (like in email)
i tried an advance IM mod before for SP1, that one is pretty good, dunno if there's any similiar one for SE
and i guess that will be implemented in SE2 too...
