How do we enable attatchment uploading?

Hello.

How do we enable attatchment uploading?

I saw the option in the "Mod" settings area, but what do we put in for the path box, and what goes in the url box?

Do we have to create any directories for this?

the attachment dir is already made, in the path is the system path to the folder, the URL would be the URL to the folder
