Very new to PHP need help installing

I have no Idea what to do with the installer.  I can't seem to get the PHP to install right.  I have

Windows 2000 advanced server
Think I have MySQL installed right

I had a Yabb.pl board working. deleted it to try a fresh install of YaBB SE
