Failed to Connect to Subs.php! URGENT HELP NEEDED!!!

It gives me this error when registering, and posting new threads:

2: Failed to Connect
(c:\apache\apache\htdocs\nline\Sources\Subs.php ln 274)


The posts still go through fine, but this error appears and people always double and/or triple post!  Need urgent help! Thanks.

Uh, maybe I got this place mistaken for a Help forum, because for some reason, no one has helped me and it has been almost a day! And I said it was urgent!

Well it's one we've never seen...can you talk to your host about it?  If it works sometimes and others not, I'd say ask your host...
