Installation starts now...

.......
it continues like that for a long long time.  basically every file.  i have chmod it to 777 and everything.  
i have tried doing the  safe and unsafe versions.  i have tried different folders and everything.
 and now im just stumped.

those are problems with your host...

i managed to get everything working by going through the setting.  file and all.

but there is no admin.
anyway to code that?

the admin is setup via the install script  ;D

what u can do for now if you know how is to edit your memberaccount via phpmyadmin or some other dbase admin program.
