Install Error

Installed in safe mode. All went well and prompted to proceed to newly created board. Entered url and page loaded without any images. Also, register, login and etc are pointing to default 'myserver.com'. I removed the install and db, uploaded file in ASCII and pics/html in binary. Created again with same result. I am stumped. Any ideas?

Take a look inside Settings.php, it sounds as though there are incorrect paths in there.  Change them manually and then reupload the file.

Try using the package manager in your admin section and add this package server:

I changed the settings in php and install can now access. I am having a mySQL connection issue with 'too many users' Send trouble ticket to ISP on this. I can't access db thru myphpmanager, so we will see where this goes. I'll be configuring the board over the next few days and will shout if I come across anything I can't figure out or can't find an answer here on the boards. Thanks

Yeah the too many connections is your ISP.  Chances are that they have someone who has written some scripts using pconnect and they aren't being closed.
