Source/*.* perms 666

All files under folder Sources have permission of 666.  They are all 666.  These files was extracted by the installer.  I could not change these file permissions via FTP.  Is there another way to CMOD these files?

1) Why do you want to chmod these files?
2) Are you running under unix or windows?

Under Unix.

I wanted to change mod these file to 777 or 755 to see if that fixes my current problem.

My current problem is that I get error bellow when access the "Edit Your Forum Template"

No.  The other topic was the error in Admin and this topic is about changing mod of files that unzipped by installer.
