Can't enter Configuration -> General Settings

Hi,
I don't  know how this is called originally because I have alreadey installed the German language file, but it's on the left side and it's called like this: ..../index.php?board=;action=modsettings.
When I want to enter this part of the configuration I always get the same mistake:

2: Unable to create 'Settings.bak': Permission denied
(/home/www/web163/html/yabb/Sources/Admin.php ln 805)

And I don't know where the poblem is, and in which directory the file should be created...
What can I do??

Create the file Settings.bak yourself... (can be emtpy) in the same dir where Settings.php is and CHMOD it to 777
