flash tags do not work

Problem Description:
Hello.  One of my users brought this to my attention today.  For some reason or another, the [flash tags do not display properly.  they simply turn the URL to the flash file into a hyperlink.  I looked at the processed page and it was indeed a hyperlink tag.  I looked through the Printpage.php file to find some answer, but none was found.  

Can any light be shed on my problem please?  Thank you

It's a security risk, they can be used to steal administrator's cookies...

While [Unknown] is correct about it being a security risk and them being able to steal your account. It is still possible to do it the way you want by going into the admin center and into the Installed mods settings & options section and unchecking the box that turns it into a url.

I would strongly advise againt doing so though, but the option is there if you want to ignore the security risk.
