Please Help Locked out of Admin

Problem Description:
I was setting up another catagory in my forum and set it though only certain members could view it.. I was trying to get them all set up and they could see the catagory so I changed my title to there group and it works but now I cant get back to admin  :(

I did a search but didnt really find any usual info on this

You changed your own membergroup too, didn't you?

Use the admin restore tool, or just log in to phpmyadmin, go to the members table, find the row for your account, then change the membergroup for your row to say Administrator.

Ok Im still not seeing it.. I logged into my Control Panel for Ipower web which is my host and the only php option is for a chat room and there is no admin for php in the menu of options

Ok Since I cant find any kind of Admin for the PHP from my Server or the Software itself.. What aobut the Admin Restore Tool? Plz help

Make sure you never change your own position to anything except Administrator.

Also, to make the category visible to yourself as well as your other membergroup, just type in the box:

membergroup1,Administrator

Then you can view the category as well without having to change your membergroup.
