Problems loading icq icon

Problem Description:
The forum at: http://www.releaseteam.com/bol/yabbse/ is having problems loading pages due to the icq icons taking forever to load/timeout.

It's trying to load the icon from
http://web.icq.com/whitepages/online?icq=blahblahblah.

Is there a way to disable icq icons being displayed until icq fixes this.

If you're looking for a pointer, you can find all the references to that image by searching ICQPager.php, Load.php and Memberlist.php for 'icq.com', but I'm sorry I'm away for the weekend and haven't time to tell you what to do with them just now! Perhaps someone else might look in, though...
