"Banned"???

Problem Description:
I am a registered member of policeworld.net. which is powered by YaBB SE. More often than not, when I attempt to go to this site, the home page for this site is displayed but where the log in screen normally would be, it is replaced with a message stating that "An error has occurred. Sorry you  are banned from using this forum". However this does not happen all the time, just most of it. I am always logging on, or better put, attempting to log on using the same computer. I am not sure if this is a problem with the site or my computer. Just looking for input and hopefully a solution. Thanks for your help.

Talk to the administrator.  There's nothing we can do about this.

You probably have a changing IP address and one of the IPs you get is banned.

But as Unknown said, you will need to talk to the administrator of that board.
