Changing background colors

Hi! I was wondering how I could change the background to my YaBB SE forum, because the white and blue have driven me about crazy! I know HTML, just don't know where to put the color numbers in. Background, don't forget.

From what I have done..all color changes are done via the CSS and HTML Templates in the Admin CP.

yes, just add this in the css:

body { background-color: blue; }

or in the body tag:

<body bgcolor="blue">
