help with graidents

on my forum http://www.savedbyzero.co.uk/yabbse the graidents ruin the overall affect and i cant find where to get rid of them, which file are they contained in and where? also theres some text at the top thats black that i want white that i cant seem to find the value to change either, you should see what i mean if you goto the forum
