Problem Description:
error:

CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:


and thats it.  cant even get into the admin center

Have you tried reuploading index.php?  Is this the error you get when you view index?

How about a link to your forums?

If you don't have a copy then just go download the safe mode package from this very site.
