I'm sorry if I got defensive.  I think the site looks really good, just needs clean code, is all.  You were making it sound like you were completely unable to acknowledge that it has nothing to do with YaBBSE, and that was why I was getting rude.  Every response you gave above was "but it works without YaBBSE so it must be the software's fault."

I'll tell you outright, tho, once you get your head around coding HTML for real and not using an editor, I expect to see lots of cool stuff in the Showcase thread.  That template, altho *very* ugly code, is pretty damn slick.
