Edit normal topic to poll

Hi,

I saw this function on a vBB board.
Means that as moderator you subsequent can edit a normal topic to a poll.

This would be very useful, if users are not allowed to create polls, but just the administrators.

If an user want to make a poll, he writes his poll down in a normal topic.

If the moderator thinks this textpoll is good, he can edit this textpoll to a normal poll-topic.
