Upload Pictures to profile

Is there a mod out there that will allow users to upload pictures in their profile? I want exactly the functionality that is in supermod, but I don't want all of supermod - just this one little thing.

If there is no mod, perhaps someone can give me some pointers for ripping the code out of supermod ... is that legal?

The code in Supermod was originall a mod for YaBBSE.  I have never used it personally though.
