A board where the thread maker could choose whether to password protect their thread or only allow certain members to read it

So options under thread could be

Password protect y/n
Allow users [    ]
Lock

etc etc

Only for boards that select the option (could be called user selectable board)

i honestly don't see any use of this
1. if a user want to make a topic no one else can read but one or a few people, send an IM instead
2. if a larger number of people, like a membergroup, is supposed to be allowed to read and regular users aren't, just make a restricted board

The idea is that some of my users want buddy threads, they want to be able to define who can read or reply to their threads.
